AMAZONA STYLE does not give any other warranty, express or implied, or make any representation including without limitation that the content included in this Site is complete or accurate or up to date. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on this Site and any use by you of this Site after any such changes have been posted shall be deemed to indicate your agreement to the modified terms and conditions, but will not affect any orders already placed by you. If you do not agree to the modified terms and conditions, you should cease use of this Site.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the courts of England shall have non exclusive jurisdiction to hear all disputes arising in connection with these conditions.
Placing Your Order
Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these simple steps:
• Shop by browsing through our site.
• Click on the image to access the individual item's product page where you will be given information on sizing, colour options and availability.
• Add product to your shopping bag by clicking on the 'Add to shopping bag' button near the desired item.
• Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the ‘X’ button next to the item.
• Please be aware that when the item is in your shopping bag another customer can still purchase it.
• Proceed to purchase to finalise your purchases and follow the instructions.
Eligibility To Purchase
The purchase of merchandise through the AMAZONA STYLE website ("the Site") is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with English law.
In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the AMAZONA STYLE terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to AMAZONA STYLE, whose applications are acceptable to AMAZONA STYLE and who have authorised AMAZONA STYLE to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Purchases made on the Site are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. AMAZONA STYLE reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
Moreover, by making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and, where AMAZONA STYLE feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. All communications including advertisements made by AMAZONA STYLE and all information on this Site are invitations to treat only and are not offers or unilateral contracts.
Prices shown on the Site are in GBP and are inclusive of all taxes if appropriate. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured. You will also incur carriage costs. If you are buying from outside the UK, you may also incur duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. Please refer to the sections on Shipping Rates and Policies.
Acceptance Of Your Order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order.
Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and AMAZONA STYLE will be perfected when we despatch the goods to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English. The contract will be subject to these terms and conditions and governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of any dispute that may arise under it.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, and Switch debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by AMAZONA STYLE. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to AMAZONA STYLE, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take all reasonable care to make our Site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this Site are processed using WorldPay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. AMAZONA STYLE does not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure the Site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Insurance
AMAZONA STYLE insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Tracking Your Order
You should note that any timescales given for delivery are estimates only and, as such, time of delivery is not of the essence of any contract between us.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss of profit, business or goodwill or any indirect, special or consequential losses that may arise either from a failure to deliver goods or a delay in delivering goods whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise except in the case of fraud or death or personal injury caused by AMAZONA STYLE's negligence.
AMAZONA STYLE will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please note that, for your security, only a record of your transaction is kept on the Site; your credit card details are not held on the Site.
Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to cancel the contract and return the goods which must be exercised within 14 working days from the day after the date of delivery.
All items for return or exchange must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
RMA numbers can be obtained by emailing AMAZONA STYLE using the ‘Contact Us’ form on the site or by calling customer service on 0845 224 8895 within 7 days of delivery of the item(s). Once you have received your RMA please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you and detailed below. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.
We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for an RMA.
Returns received outside the above time frames (other than when faulty) are accepted at the discretion of AMAZONA STYLE and will only be refunded as a 'store credit' available for future purchase at AMAZONA STYLE.
We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales are also subject to product availability and the discretion of AMAZONA STYLE. The customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges.
AMAZONA STYLE may not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have had their tags or labels removed or any items which show any signs of ‘wear and tear’. We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Please be aware that all items should be returned with their full original packaging. Products returned without their full original packaging may not be accepted.
Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not use a ‘proof of purchase’ postage scheme (such as Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’) or courier service.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
For returns and exchanges which are due to the goods being faulty, the above does not affect your statutory rights.
How To Proceed If You Wish To Return Or Exchange
In order to facilitate the return of your non-faulty items you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us using the ‘Contact Us’ form on the site or calling customer service on 0845 224 8895 within 7 working days of the day after the date on which you received your order.
All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping cost.
The RMA number should be written on your original invoice which was sent to you with the items and included in the shipment.
If you wish to exchange, please email us your required size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.
How To Proceed If You Wish To Return Faulty Goods
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
In order to facilitate the return of faulty items you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us using the ‘Contact Us’ form on the site or by calling customer services on 0845 224 8895 and follow the standard returns process as detailed above.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Exchanges may be possible (at your option) if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same size, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when requesting your RMA.
Receiving A Refund
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card excluding original shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Please note that your statutory rights are not affected by the provisions of these terms and conditions.

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Amazona Style disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Amazona Style does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Amazona Style does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Amazona Style product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Amazona Style reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Amazona Style reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Amazona Style shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Amazona Style without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Amazona Style or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
